I made reservations on the Megabus to visit Chicago in March. If you've been on the bus I would love to hear about your experience.
My husband (then boyfriend) lived in Detroit for a year. Since my car was unreliable and I was in love I took the Dog every other weekend to visit him. For as bad as it was, I did come away with some interesting stories.

I never took the megabus.
I did take a greyhound from downtown about 12 years ago. I have tons of stories, just from the station, alone. Yikes.
I missed the Carl Monday story last night. My friend Tivo'd it but hasn't watched it yet. I'm kinda scared because I'm hooked on the Market. Would you still shop there after watching? I'll be there Friday morning unless I get scared away by the investigation ;)

My parents are taking the megabus to chicago this weekend!
I can't wait to hear about your experience... we've been talking about taking a weekend trip there on the bus for awhile now.
I have taken it twice. It's ok. It's gotten very popular so it's been getting full. The bathrooms are pretty ick. The light never works and neither does the sink. They stop usually about 1/2 way for some food. Last time we stopped in Toledo for food and to pick up people. Bring snacks, purell, a blanket (I've been cold rather than warm).
